As well as not charging vat on stand rentals, Heart of England have opted not to charge any registration fee in 2012. This year we will also offer all exhibitors a 5% discount for early payment and a further 5% discount for booking 10 or more shows (see terms and conditions). With invoices not due for payment until 6 weeks before the show, this will help to reduce exhibitor overheads. Also with 9 shows being reduced in cost, and no shows more expensive than 2011, we feel we are now very competitive on stand pricing.

As we all exhibit ourselves, we are sensitive to the needs of all exhibitors and moving forward into 2012, a greater emphasis in the quality of exhibitors and their stands will be adopted.

We intend to extend the size of our program of events and where demand dictates will increase the size of marquees to accommadate the needs of all additional exhibitors.

Our excellent prime sites at events, including Badminton, Yorkshire, Royal Welsh, Chatsworth and South of England are unchanged. Please apply early for these as 2011 saw us employ waiting lists at many events.

We are conscious of the communication problems of the past and are making 'new roads' towards addressing these. All shows will be confirmed to you in writing no later than March 31st 2012. The phone system has now been enhanced and you should find us more promptly. We will endeavour to keep you informed by e mail, where we have your details, so please include your main e mail address on your application form.

We have a new rolling deposit system of £400.00. Please include this together with your booking form.
