How To Book

So now you're ready to book!

In the first instance, we’ll always welcome a call or email to introduce yourselves to us and us to you. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have, discuss the suitability of your product, the best size of stand etc…

We appreciate some of you will be 1st time exhibitors and may have many questions. We’ll always do our best to help.

When you are ready to book, below is a guideline of steps to ensure your booking process is as smooth as possible.

Step 1

Download the booking application form and fill it in. The booking form can be found on the home page. The form is a PDF and fields can be typed over. Please remember to specify the amount of space you would like to book per show.

Step 2

Print out the booking form and sign it, then either post it to us, or scan it in and email to

Step 3

Pay your £400 rolling deposit. By either BACS payment, a cheque sent in with your application form, or you can call us to pay by debit card.

Step 4

We will contact you to discuss your requirements before accepting and confirming your booking.
